Ensure stable paper feeding and conveying speed of coiled paper, high tightness of paper layering and good bonding strength to form round and smooth paper tube.
From the aspect of die-cutting, adopt pneumatic cut mode to greatly increase the use life of cutting tool and reduce mechanical vibration for fast and convenient adjustment, reduced maintenance cost and simplified operation.
For edge-grinding mode, adopt abrasive cloth coiling bonding method or high-alloy steel metal abrasive cloth gluing process. With this technology, the edge-grinding roller’s use life is increased and operators’ maintaining time saved. Unanimous praise has been given by users to this technology for remarkable saving of working time.
From the aspect of tube coiling mould and layering, the high strength surface treatment can be adopted to increase the use life and reduce abrasion and likewise the cost.
