Ensure stable paper feeding and conveying speed of coiled paper, high tightness of paper layering and good bonding strength to form round and smooth paper tube.
• From the aspect of die-cutting, adopt pneumatic cut mode to greatly increase the use life of cutting tool and reduce mechanical vibration for fast and convenient adjustment, reduced maintenance cost and simplified operation.
• For edge-grinding mode, adopt abrasive cloth coiling bonding method or high-alloy steel metal abrasive cloth gluing process. With this technology, the edge-grinding roller’s use life is increased and operators’ maintaining time saved. • From the aspect of tube coiling mould and layering, the high strength surface treatment can be adopted to increase the use life and reduce abrasion and likewise the cost.
